Golf TCR NZ
The first TCR vehicle to arrive and race in Australasia. Golf GTI TCR Chassis #002 arrived in NZ already having won two TCR Asia titles with Engstler Motorsport driven by Andy Yan(2016) and Kandathee Kusiri(2017).
In the hands of M Developments Motorsport and driven by Barry Moore and Tim Mackersy, #79 won on debut at Pukekohe NZ Endurance Championship in March 2018.
It has now become New Zealands most successful TCR car. With three National Class B Championship titles in 3 hour endurance racing and multiple race and class wins in the South Island Endurance Series.
Having started as a 2016 specification car, it was enhanced to the latest specification in 2018 with a Volkswagen Motorsport upgrade kit.
